Nomad Notes provides Texas‑commissioned notarial acts including acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affirmations, and document notarization.

2. No Legal Advice

Notaries are not attorneys. Nomad Notes does not provide legal advice, interpret documents, or determine legal validity.

3. Identification Requirements

Clients must present valid, unexpired government‑issued identification.

4. Document Requirements

Documents must be:

• Complete

• Free of blank spaces

• Signed in the notary’s presence when required

5. Refusal of Service

Nomad Notes may refuse notarization if:

• Identification is insufficient

• The signer appears coerced

• The document is incomplete

• The act violates Texas notary law

6. Recordkeeping

Certain notarial acts require journal entries. Records may not be deleted upon client request.

7. Fees

Notary fees are non‑refundable once the service is performed.
