1. General Policy

All fees paid to Nomad Notes for travel planning, DJ entertainment, or notary services are non‑refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Travel Planning Services

• Vendor cancellations or changes are subject to Vendor policies.

• Nomad Notes coordination fees are non‑refundable.

• Refunds for travel bookings depend solely on Vendor rules.

3. DJ Entertainment Services

• Deposits and retainers are non‑refundable.

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may be eligible for partial credit toward a future booking (at Nomad Notes’ discretion).

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non‑refundable.

• Weather‑related cancellations for outdoor events do not qualify for refunds.

4. Notary Services

• Notary fees are non‑refundable once the service is performed.

• If a client fails to provide proper identification, the appointment may be canceled without refund.

5. Vendor‑Related Refunds

Any refund related to travel, lodging, tours, transportation, or third‑party services must be handled directly with the Vendor.

6. Event Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests for DJ services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

7. Policy Updates

Nomad Notes may update this policy at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
