1. Parties

This Agreement is between Nomad Notes (“Service Provider”) and the client (“Client”).

2. Services Provided

Nomad Notes may provide:

• Travel planning and itinerary development

• DJ entertainment services

• Notary public services

• Vendor communication and coordination

3. Payment Terms

• Fees are disclosed prior to booking.

• Payment must be made in full before services are rendered.

• Deposits and retainers are non‑refundable.

• Late payments may delay service delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and timely information

• Review all documents, itineraries, and agreements

• Ensure venue access and safety for DJ services

• Present valid identification for notary services

• Comply with Vendor policies

5. Liability Limitations

Nomad Notes is not liable for:

• Vendor performance, cancellations, or pricing changes

• Travel delays, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances

• Venue restrictions or access issues

• Legal outcomes related to notarized documents

6. Termination

Nomad Notes may terminate this Agreement for non‑payment, unsafe conditions, or violation of terms.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

8. Acceptance

Use of Nomad Notes services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
