• Travel Planning & Advisory Services Including itinerary design, trip research, vendor communication, and travel coordination.

• DJ Entertainment Services Including professional DJ performance, music programming, equipment setup, and event‑day coordination.

• Notary Public Services Including Texas‑commissioned notarial acts such as acknowledgments, jurats, oaths, affirmations, and document notarization.

Some Services may involve third‑party vendors (“Vendors”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees All fees for Services are disclosed prior to booking. Fees may vary depending on the scope of work, Vendor pricing, or event requirements.

3.2 Payment Requirements Payment must be completed in full before any Services are rendered. Certain Services may require deposits or retainers.

3.3 Non‑Refundable Fees All fees paid directly to Nomad Notes for planning, coordination, DJ entertainment, or notary services are non‑refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

• Review all itineraries, Vendor agreements, and confirmations

• Respond promptly to communication

• Comply with all Vendor policies

• Ensure venue access, electrical requirements, and safety conditions for DJ services

• Present valid, unexpired government‑issued identification for notary services

Nomad Notes is not responsible for delays or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate client information.

5. Third‑Party Vendors

5.1 Independent Vendors Travel‑related bookings may involve independent Vendors such as hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, or travel platforms. Nomad Notes does not own, control, or manage these Vendors.

5.2 Vendor Policies All bookings and services provided by Vendors are subject to their own terms, conditions, and policies. Clients are responsible for reviewing Vendor policies before approving any booking.

5.3 Vendor Liability Nomad Notes is not liable for:

• Vendor cancellations or changes

• Vendor pricing adjustments

• Vendor performance or service quality

• Travel delays, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances

Any disputes related to Vendor services must be addressed directly with the Vendor.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Client Cancellations Cancellation policies vary by Service and Vendor. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to Vendor policies.

6.2 Nomad Notes Fees Fees paid to Nomad Notes for travel planning, DJ entertainment, or notary services are non‑refundable.

6.3 Vendor Cancellations If a Vendor cancels or modifies a booking, Nomad Notes will assist with communication but is not responsible for financial reimbursement.

7. DJ Entertainment Limitations

Nomad Notes is not responsible for:

• Venue restrictions, noise ordinances, or access limitations

• Weather‑related disruptions for outdoor events

• Delays caused by third‑party vendors or venues

• Equipment damage caused by client or guest negligence

Clients must ensure safe working conditions and compliance with venue rules.

8. Notary Service Limitations

Nomad Notes does not provide legal advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring documents are complete and legally appropriate for notarization. Nomad Notes is not liable for legal outcomes related to notarized documents.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim related to Services shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Nomad Notes for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect and use client information solely for the purpose of providing Services. We do not sell, trade, or disclose personal information except as required to coordinate with Vendors or comply with legal obligations.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and branding—is the property of Nomad Notes and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

12. Modifications to Terms

Nomad Notes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

14. Fora Travel Advisor Relationship

Nomad Notes operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. (“Fora”). Travel bookings, payments, and supplier relationships may be processed through Fora’s platform. All travel perks, upgrades, and supplier benefits are subject to availability and Vendor policies. Nomad Notes provides advisory and coordination services; Fora acts as the host agency supporting booking fulfillment. Client agrees to comply with all applicable Fora and Vendor terms when approving travel arrangements.
